- 5: When you get down to about 30 minutes of cooking time left, add your marinade to your salmon.

- Pour 1 gallon of water inside of a bucket. Add 1 cup of brown sugar, a cup of kosher salt, lemon pepper, and 3 ounces of seasoning.
- Add 4 slices of crushed lemon, limes, and 1 yellow onion. Add two crushed oranges, some hot pepper sauce (to your liking), and garlic.
- Add your salmon to this watery season mixture and let it marinate for 12 to 36 hours.
